Seneca County General Health
District:
Seneca County, City of Tiffin, and all of the City of Fostoria. A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Seneca County for the purpose of current operating expenses of the Seneca County General Health District, at a rate not exceeding three-tenths (0.3) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to three cents ($0.03) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2021, first due in calendar year 2022.
